I just checked dalatian's warn log, and he was temp banned for 10 days. Since he's a member who is around for more than a year, and never received any warnings before. A temp ban seems a bit too harch to me, a warning only would have been good enough, If at all. But yeah, just about a few minutes later his account was permanently banned , because he created a new account while his original account was temp banned.

I just did a background check on DeeJai and it turns out that he's a "returning troll". His old account with the SN "thepimpraja" was banned for repeatedly trolling. Which just happened now again.

Deejai = Banned.

i dont know about you but I personally would not "warn" anyone for such trivial matters unless its used as a derogatory term.

i told you, i might accept to be mod provided Ben will create a special Chat room for me to mod over and i be given power to drag any unruly member to that Chat room to be called GAOL ROOM (only for kiddies). that way we can contain them in one place and they can post only on other chat rooms until they're eligible for parol or pardon or have served their sentence.

so instead of suspending or banning an account, i'll just lock 'em up together with me in that exclusive room and i'll be their god!!!!

I think if he knew he was only temp banned then he wouldn't make a new account I miss him.

I wonder if timezones are a consideration also? So often it seems that we get a previously banned troll wants to get in and wreak havoc when there might not be anyone around to do anything about it at the time, and with 24 hours in a day, maybe having a spread across the 360 degrees of the globe might help to improve the probability that someone will be online to moderate over the complete rotation of the planet.
