Closing off their ability to ship and receive goods by sea.
Taking Italy out of the equation.
Taking Japan out of the equation.

Perhaps if the Europeans had honored their mutual defence treaties with their weaker neighbors Germany could have been stopped before they started.
USSR, France and England had all signed treaties to help Poland. None did.

I knew a Scottish female who travelled to Japan and taught as an ESL, she married a Japanese man. (She thinks she will eventually settle on a farm in Japan with her husband).

I also knew a Scottish man who travelled to Japan as a single ESL and came back as a single ESL.

You cannot generalise. Most ESL are young people that see an exciting opportunity to travel somewhere else as an experience.

And some (but few) like my female friend find love.

The ironic thing is, these immigrants contribute to Russia's economy as well, and I'm sure these neo-Nazis have benefited one way or another from that. Sure, racist view can be "justified" in you look at it from weird prisms. I agree that people of different races are different, but the majority of those differences are due to the enviroments. Studies after studies confirm this. To be fair, there are a few racial differences but recognizing those differences do not make you a racist. Assuming differences are due to genetics without scientific evidence to support it IS being a racist. And by that definitions, racists are closed minded.

There are some "tolerant" people who see some things in a"closed minded" sort of way, but overall racists are infinitely more closed minded than "tolerant" people. It is a part of the definition.
