Strange how Vietnam is becoming very friendly and forgiving towards the US and France. You'd think they'd hate them more than China, but nope. :/'

Maybe 'cause the large amount of Vietnamese people in the US and France who still communicate with relatives back in Vietnam say good things, making Vietnamese society like the west. I know a lot of people in Vietnam, especially the children of government officals, visit France to study.
