It is too bad that Sino-Soviet relations have been bad in the past...In my opinion the Asian continent should unite, or at least parts of it...We should create an Asian Union to rival the European Union, including Russia, China, Mongolia, former Soviet states, SE Asia, Korea, India, Iran....

Interesting, but perhaps a bit idealistic at the present moment. There's already too much friction between Asian states now in a political sense. Also, those countries don't really have much in common, from a cultural perspective.

Modern history (in the context of Sino-Russian relations) is a part of shaping the Mongol identity. Of course, I don't deny that Mongolia is an independent country, and I never claimed that it is currently a part of China. But fact remains, that their current state is a result of the Russian imperialism in that area. In any case, I'm quite happy for Mongolians that they weren't subjugated to Czarist or Communist Russia.

So which one would you prefer? Russia or China? I've heard different things from different Mongolian people. Some Mongolians say that they'd rather be a part of "Asia", and some say that wouldn't mind to go with Russia.

It's not anything like hindu script. Hindu script is written horizontally, from left to right and top to bottom. Mongol script is written vertically, from top to bottom and left to right. The only script that Mongolian bears a slight resemblance to is the Uighur.
