composed by 關廸忠 based on the opera of the same name that came out of Henan province. the Suo Na(Chinese trumpet) imitates the opera singer's voice. obviously, this is much more complex than the basic opera and includes more than instrument backing up a singer. the orchestration is full of rich harmonies and counterpoint and allows the Suo na player to do difficult techniques ranging from scoops to quarter tones. this is the first movement of a 6 movement concerto based on the exploits of Lad Hua Mu Lan who in the Sui dynasty substitued her father's place in the arm.
Lady Hua Mu Lan Suo Na concerto performed by the Gaoxiong City Chinese Orchestra |

How fu-king stupid can you be? How many times do I have to tell you, nobody here wants to hear your primitive $hit chinese music. If you want to listen to this $hit, why don't you go back to your filthy doghole country and lock your door, because I'm sure that no sensible people will want to listen to it over there. In the begining it seens to be really touching and it makes me think of my past gf, towards the middle it cause to to think about romeo and juliet. lolz! The woodwind and string instrument use here is really professional. damn i wish i can play the piano this good. |
