Vietnam Takes Four Medals At IT Olympiad |

VietNamNet - Vietnamese students have won four medals at the 16th International IT Olympiad in Greece, according to Director of the Da Nang Department of Education and Training Huynh Van Hoa.
Four Vietnamese students went to the event, including one from the HCM City National University, one from the Hanoi National University, one from the Tran Phu High School for Gifted Students in Hai Phong City, and one from the Le Quy Don High School for Gifted Students in Da Nang City. Three of them have won bronze medals and one from the Le Quy Don High School for Gifted Students won a silver medal. |

Our IOI result this year is SHAMEFUL.
Our best scorer even lost to Thailand's and Singapore best scorer. Last year, we had a guy in 5th position. This year we don't even have GOLD medal. I feel very bad. Anyway Vietnam is still a powerhouse in MATH  Our math students are in TOP 5 of the world most of the times.
