- Miss Malaysia is a Chinese?!?
- How the heck did she win the Miss Malaysia title?!? Did she sleep with every male member on the jury or what?
- Sure, she's above average but hardly a world-class beauty, and girls who compete in Miss Universe should be world-class beauties.

- It's hard to tell from the side.
- She looks slightly above average and has a "wild" look (i.e., the "party/clubbing girl" look).
- Girls like her are a dime TWO dozens in the L.A. club scene.
- I give her another extra point if she swallows.

- Urgh. Maybe she has some musical talent, but she is definitely not good looking.
- She has that goth streak going on there.
- Do you know the purpose of goth? Goth is a way for ugly people to look cool.

- She's above average and has a smooth look.
- One of the better looking gals in this thread so far.


I do have to give most of them credit for keeping good figures (i.e., for being NOT fat.) However, that is the MINIMUM requirement for being considered as a beauty.

EDIT: It's actually a surprise to you that Gloria Ting can be a Miss Malaysia? It's pretty normal here. But perhaps it's different at your side.

You know, from looking through all the photos posted, I have come to the conclusion that, in Malaysia, the immigrant Chinese beauties are much better looking than the native Malaysian beauties. And most of those Chinese-Malaysian beauties aren't that great either (when compared to East Asians from other places, like Korea, Japan or China.)

Anyway, are there any mixed Chinese-Malay beauties? Are they any better than just pure Chinese (or Malays)? I haven't seen any posted.

I googled "Deanna Yusoff". Apparently that particular photo has been airbrushed and makes her look better than she really is. She's not good looking at all in other photos.

Most importantly, she's OLD now. She hasn't aged too well.

Also, she's mixed. Half-white.
