I believe this idea was first brought in by many Japanese and Korean politicians about 4-50 years ago...

Thus, the prudent thing to do would be to dig/contract out the right to dig slowly and carefully. Because a country in union with Mongolia would have quite a bit more to offer rather than receive (as pointed out by numerous members of this forum = ) ), theoretically such a government could take advantage of either the wealth or the oil (the latter of which is a real concern, given that China's thirst for oil will continue to grow as it's economy does), no? |
