Some do, but an majority of filipinos have an tanned complexion like the girl on my sig.

Here is an pic. of an full filipina, see she isn't that dark. She has an tanned complexion like me. Every country has their share of dark people. Sh!t I have seen some chinese that is darker then me.

the vast majority of these "fil in ethnicity" women are mixed. cindy kurleto for instance is half philipino and half white. msot of these women probably have some spanish blood in them too. you'd be ahrd pressed to find a philipino model who is 100% pure philipino
