CAM'RON GETS SHOT
Superstar rapper Cam'ron was shot three times in Washington, D.C. this morning sources have revealed to AllHipHop.com.

The Harlem, New York native was leaving club H20 enroute to Love (formely Dream) when three unknown gunmen approached the rapper.

While details are sketchy, eyewitnesses said the men were seeking the rapper's pricey Lamborghini, which he was driving while in town for a performance over the weekend.

"They were after that car," an eyewitness told AllHipHop.com. "Cam refused to give it up and attempted to drive away and they shot up the car."

Cam'ron was struck three times and while officials have not released his status, sources said at least one bullet struck the rappper in the arm.

His injuries are.allegedly not life threatening and the rapper was treated at Howard University Hospital.

Juelz,Jim [Jones] and other Dip-Set members are with him at the hospital right now," the source said.

Cam'ron, CEO of Diplomat Records, has been driving the blue Lamborghini since at least June of 2005.

"I bought the Lamborghini especially for New York," Cam'ron told a 106 & park audience prior to being arrested."Because we figure that we can only see stuff like this in Miami, but I am bringing it to the streets of New York.

In July, police in Harlem stopped the rapper and arrested him while driving the Italian sports car for driving with a suspended license.

Officials at Howard University Hospital declined comment and police did not comment at press time

FOXY BROWN IS LOSIN HER HEARING
Foxy Brown aka Inga Marchand suffers from a very rare disorder that has disabled her hearing. Now 26, the ten year recording vet realized her problem when boss Jay-Z told her the levels on her up coming LP “Black Roses” were too high in early ‘05.

Marchand was later diagnosed with severe sudden sensorineural hearing loss, a condition that reportedly effects only 1 in 10,000. She told People Magazine, “all along, I'm feeling my hearing going slowly, but I'm thinking, 'God would never do this.”

After ineffective steroid treatment Marchand tried to ignore the problem, but eventually underwent surgery which restored twenty percent of her hearing.

The first artist signed under Def Jam’s “Carter Administration” is currently undergoing surgery and treatment to save her hearing, which she says could have been totally restored according to doctors, “if I had attacked the problem when I first realized my hearing was going

Teriyaki Boyz to serve. Jay-Z is apparently learning to speak chinese with his latest signing, The Teriyaki Boyz, a group of Asian rappers signed to Def Jam Records. The rap quartet of Ilmari, Ryo-Z, Wise and Verbal, helmed by DJ/producer/A Bathing Ape honcho Nigo, are slated to release their debut album, Beef or Chicken (Def Jam), on November 16th. The high-profile album project features production by DJ Premier, Just Blaze, The Neptunes, Dan the Automator, DJ Shadow, Mark Ronson and Ad Rock of Beastie Boys.

People Under The Stairs will be droping "Stepfather" in April. About fukking time and I guess they leaked out a fake version of this album and just clowned on everybody that downloaded it. Hahaha

Eastern Conference Weathermen Def Jux rep Cage has a video on MTV.com. Even though its Mtv and I hate it, people of the mainstream can get a feel that white rappers dont just end at Eminem or Bubba Sparxx. He isn't on Eminems lyrical skill per se but his own delivery and stories are amazing. In fact Cage and Eminem had beef back in '96 where Cage made a diss song and Eminem dropped subtle hints all over the Slim Shady LP. I like'em both but what I always liked about Cage was he had the darker side of humor and very consistent.
