Hey guys! Im new at this, ummm my husband's in the Navy and will be transfer to Philly, PA for his tour. We have never been to PHilly, PA so was wondering if any of you guys are from there, are there hmong people there? The reasons why i asked is because where we are usually stationed there's rarely any hmong people. It would be nice to have your own kind around. I pretty sure want an overall view of PA!
