"Pada pendapat saya, orang yang membunuh bayi telah melakukan dua dosa besar dan semoga Allah memberi petunjuk kepada mereka," katanya.

Dalam pada itu, seorang lagi pesalah yang ingin dikenali sebagai Nur, berusia pertengahan 20-an menganggap dirinya insan terpilih kerana berpeluang mendapat hukuman di dunia atas keterlanjuran dirinya.

"Saya tidak menganggap apa yang saya lalui (disebat) sebagai satu hukuman tetapi bagi saya ia adalah peluang kedua untuk saya bertaubat dan kembali ke pangkal jalan.

"Bagi saya ini satu tanda kasih sayang Allah untuk saya lalui ujian seperti ini dan saya amat berharap orang ramai mengambil kisah ini sebagai pengajaran," jelasnya.

Nur yang sudah memiliki anak berusia 3 tahun hasil hubungan haram dengan kekasihnya mengakui mengambil masa yang panjang untuk membuat keputusan mendirikan rumah tangga kerana 'kehilangan' wali.

''Sudah enam tahun ayah saya menghilangkan diri tetapi semua dosa yang telah saya lakukan ini bukan disebabkan faktor itu. Ia berpunca daripada diri sendiri," jelasnya.

Nur menerima hukuman 30 hari penjara dan enam kali sebatan tanpa dikenakan sebarang denda.

Sharia caning in Malaysia:





Usually caning involved a light rattan mostly used by Malaysian disciplinary school teachers & some parents to discipline their kids.

In case of Malaysian sharia caning, the caning usually carried between 4-6 strokes, even less than 10 strokes, reserved for adultery & alcohol-imbibing cases committed by Malaysian Muslims.

As per image above, the male Sharia offender will be caned in standing position, while the female Sharia offender will be caned in sitting position. Only a male guard is allowed to cane male offender, & female guard will cane the female offender.

The caning sentence will be carried out in closed space in respective male & female prisons.

Civil caning in Malaysia (even Singapore) :



Yeah baby! Reserved for hardcore criminals, civil caning is delivered by civil courts that uphold secular laws, inherited from British common laws. It is designed to punish, punish & punish with punishing blows & hardcore strokes that will guarantee split skins, blistering blood spattering everywhere, up to a point even the the offender actually loses their bowel functions (some did peed or defecate uncontrollably during the corporal punishment). Sharia caning in Acheh Province, Indonesia:










Unlike Malaysia, in Acheh province of Indonesia, the Sharia law over there are purely from Islamic tradition. Rather than measly 4-6 strokes of rattan that sissified Sharia laws of Malaysian version, the Achehnese instituted 80 strokes of rattan for alcoholic offenders & 100 strokes of rattan for adulterers.

One more glaring differences, in Malaysia, caning are being done in the confines of prisons, out of the eye of the prying public, thus preserving the offender's privacy. But in Acheh, Indonesia is not so, sharia caning is being done in front of the mosques in full public view (much like in Saudi Arabia / Pakistan / Iran).

Surprisingly though, after the caning procedure being carried out, the entire crowd will celebrate the repented offenders, & local religious officers will embraced them & lavished the offenders with gifts for their willingness to withstand the Sharia caning before being send back to their home villages.

But when the Islamic government was properly established, The prophet decide to divorce her because her need are no longer desperate and she no longer desire sex. But such is the honor of being a wife of the Prophet that Sawdah refuse it. Since she no longer desireable and desire, She willingly gave up her night in exchange for being the mother of believers, a status far exceed any pleasure this world has to offer.

Long after Khadija’s death, The messenger still mention her regularly and often visit her relatives and present them with gifts. His love for long deceased Khadijah cause his other wives, especially Aishah to grow jealous. And it’s Khadijah who proposed to The Messenger, not the other way around. And when He lived with Khadijah, he never going around spending her wealth. He lived a modest life, never wear anything or eat anything more luxurious then what a Majority of arabs of the time wear and eat.
