the people in the americas cant agree whether they are latinos, hispanic, etc

wrong... most latinos can agree very easily on what they want to be called... we're not spanish cause we're not from spanish... after that, it doesn't matter... latino if youre from latin america, or just plain hispanic if spanish is your first language... not that hard... but between hispanic and latino, most of us don't care, except some of the stuck up ones like us puerto ricans and dominicans... but even spanish speakers who first learn english, they care even less... its just "you speak spanish?"

and come on now... how many filipinos do you know that REALLY consider themselves hispanic?

but even for latinos, we don't care about the race... when a latino meets another there are always 2 questions "habla' espanol? de que pais ere'?" after that, they don't care... we dont go around "oh, are you latino? oh are you hispanic?" latinos concern themselves less with race and more with nationality.
