The Best and the worst sports

Which one is the best Sports in your point of view and what about the worst one; any logical reason for that?

the best is football, no question. the worst, i'd say baseball.

According to me Swimming is the worst and best sports. Because Swimming is a very good exercise sport. Swimming offer good health benefits. Swimming improved flexibility. Swimming is also helpful in weight and appetite control, and reduced risk of osteoporosis.

I think most sports are based on fighting, killing and hunting.

Hence the ultimate sport is old school Vale Tudo.

worst are: curling and synchronized swimming.

I reckon all sports are good.
The benefits are numerous..... excercise, coordination, improved mental agility, general all-round well-being......
Then again, my boss drags me along to golf icon_confused.gif and I just wanna run away to the beach.
