Zits all of a sudden at a specific time of the, month! Options

Do you guys get zits all of a sudden at a certain time of the month? I'm not specifically talking about pms, more like cycles of zits

b/c near the begining and end of every month my skin is like all clear, its just somewhere in between i get 2 or 3 zits simultaneously, and then i hafta wait until it recovers, then i get clear again, and then the same thing next month!! its sooooooooo annoying its an endless cycle of ugliness

yeah , same thing happens to me , its really annoying , i can get zits really easy by drinking coffe or eat too much noodles

yes that is quiet normal for combo skin people. Unless you know how to control it internally or externally.

lol, i hardly get them, because i eat healthy apart from when i go out drinking with mates etc, i get like 1 or 2 in the morning

i went drinking 2 nights in a row, and stayed up till around 4-5 on both nights, man was i in pain, lol


edit: ahh damn, i spoke too soon... i jst found i got one on my nose...

i only get zits when I eat a lot of fried type of foods so I don't eat chips and stuff like that.

I drink a lot of tea and water and I wash my face 3 times a day. I'm also gonna try that vinegar/baking soda thing you recommended to make my skin better.

I'm fortunate that I have pretty good skin. I just want to become paler that's all.

omg i am in a major crisis today, yesterday i was all clear, now i get three NEW zits on my forehead and a large one (the ones that hurt like hell when u touch it) on my chin. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO MEEEEEEE!!

I eat healthy and drink a lot of water, yet I get acne, not so bad though

I use to say that to my younger sisters all the time! Until last month I started to have small tiny (soon to be zits?) ones all over my face.....they look like small small bumps.....I don't know how to clear them out......I'm still 18 but I never had this problem til now.....haha...but I guess it's not that bad compared to other people's... 2

I don't think the stress from worrying about the zits is helping a lot. . It'll pass, three zits isn't really serious at all.

I only have none, because I practically drown myself in water every day, and skin maintence products, and skin formulated vitimins, and the birth control pill. 2

I have a lot, but on my forehead and goes unnoticed when I have long hair, when i cut it, the zits go away...

A fortune teller once told me they were Tian Chongs, lol, come to think of it, sunds dumb. "Heavenly Omen-ed Pimples" wtf? in a good sense, so i am happy..

Yeah, clean your face if you can, get rid of oil from your face. I was lazy to do that when zits started coming out, and now I have many, but thank god they stay only in a specific area. Just eat healthy foods.
