Mine is around 75. It used to be 120 but I had to start taking medication to slow it down.

Haha, nice to see you put ranges in for dead people, too (IMG:http://www.asiafinest.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/icon_wink.gif)
My resting heart rate is pretty high, I think... around 95. When I do my high intensity cardio, it's gotten to about 198. I don't think I've ever gone over 200. It used to worry me that it was so high resting, but since I'm not unhealthy, I eventually got used to it (IMG:http://www.asiafinest.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/icon_wink.gif) |

200 beats per minute is not good for your heart. When mine would get up to 120 I would feel dizzy and light headed. I can't imagine what 200 beats would feel like.

I don't know wherer you got the info from but..
If you are over 74 beats a minute you are unfit If you are under 70 you're fine. If you're under 66 you're healthy My Guess. To measure these you must not watch tele becuse the pictures will make your heart beats faster or slower it depends on what you are looking at. |
