Vietnam Red River face bleak future!!
"Viet member should worried about the Red River Delta, then the Mekong Dam project in Laos territory." News Link! http://www.thanhniennews.com/2010/Pages/20110317155656.aspx My opinion about Vietnam Dam issue and Laos future Dam on the mekong........ I'm curious,why aren't Vietnamese High rank and Viet members concern about the the Red River Delta. But instead opposing Laos Dam development project first a major concern for Southern Vietnam? In my opinion, Vietnam doesn't want to see our future stability and social unity in Laos. Vietnam always opposed ethnic unity and major development made by and decided by Laos. Just to make things clear, Laos isn't Vietnam or does it have anything to do with Vietnam internal issue. Those Vietnamese who opposing Laos dam right now need to stop and think about thier own dam, then ours since it is in our territory, not Vietnam. I'm sure the Laotian Government will push this dam project forward.

No one is opposing Laos from developing, but if that development affects the lives in other countries, then Laos should think twice. If Laos doesnt want to live peace in SEA, then they get what they ask for.

You can not be too reasoning with Viet in general. They only watch for their interests and no one else. You make your case, time it right, then you just strike it.
