The ex Indon VP Yusuf Kalla once said that it is good for Indon girls/women/widows to be married to Arab men even for a few weeks, because the result is good looking babies thus improving the Indon gene pool and the woman involved got a house out of it, AND it is good for the Indon economy and tourism. This kind of quickie marriages sometimes for only a few hours is allowed in the Sharia law, see the link below.

Vice president Jusuf Kalla famously that Puncak, in Cisarua, Bogor, West Java, should be promoted as a destination for Arab men seeking the company of young women willing, for a fee, to marry the men, and then divorce, in a certain Islamic fashion, once the men were ready to return home:

The marketing [of tourism to Indonesia] needs a better campaign based on the visitor's appetite and position. If there are a lot of Middle East tourists traveling to Puncak to seek widows and divorcees, I think that it's okay.

He said such Arab visitors, and their amorous liasons, would bring numerous benefits to the women and any resultant children, as well as the country's entertainment community, long dominated by attractive persons of mixed race.

If the women get modest homes even if the tourists later leave them, then it's okay. The children resulting from these relationships will have good genes. There will be more television actors and actresses from these pretty boys and girls.said Kalla, a man small of stature but big of mouth.

The proposition that Indonesian women should be encouraged to, more or less, prostitute themselves Kalla later vigorously denied having made:

I never said that Indonesian women should be used as a tourist drawcard. I was shocked at the report in the Jakarta Post, I knew there would be a reaction.

But, he also offered a little defence of what he had apparently said:

Don't let it just be westerners who marry our women, why can't Arabs marry Indonesian girls.

On a more outrageous note, earlier last month Fox news.com aired a attention-grabbing segment on a statement made by the Indonesian Vice President Jusuf Kalla, at a travel industry seminar on how to attract more Arab tourist to Indonesia, expressing that he saw nothing wrong with Arab men paying local women to marry and then divorcing them days later, and he suggested the practice, dismissed by critics as legalized prostitution, could boost tourism, in Indonesia. The town of Puncak just outside Jakarta is famous for drawing Arab tourist looking to enter into short term unions with Indonesian woman the Vice president said. He further went on to add "We need different kinds of marketing campaigns, more targeted. At the moment most Arabs go to Puncak. If they go there looking for widows or divorcees that is not our business, it is not a problem," he was quoted saying at the conference.

It is evident the town of Puncak has opened its doors to Arab visitors so much so that signs in Arabic at several restaurants and hotels testify to the area's popularity.

If you are a Muslim (man) you can apply the Islamic license for a temporary marriage known as Mut'ah:

"in temporary marriage (known in Arabic as mut'ah), which is contracted by the two parties for a specified period of time in exchange for a specified sum of money, the above-mentioned purposes of marriage are not realized. "

this is the escape clause for extra-marital affairs, but it cannot apply to non-Muslim men.

Not sure in Saudi but prior to the current trouble in the Mideast, you most probably could find a quickie with one in those less fanatical countries such as Lebanon or any of the ex French colonies.

LOL since when did arab qualify as good looking...if anything it would be indonesians contributing good looking genes to arabs...indo women need to carry a knife around and chop some stick...if saudi men try to rape them

Your ex VP will surely disagreed with you. What genes ? Do you mean the predominantly short and dark skin variety? Do you think the Arabs would love this type? I know the Arabs go crazy on blonds Caucasian women.
