@MarryKate When a person has a goal for their body and that goal overrides their laziness then working out isn't boring ;p. Not saying its fun, but I dont mind going to the gym, its become part of my weekly routine and would probably get really bored without it. The feeling of accomplishment/ satisfaction when your done and your sweaty and out of breath feels really good too!

It becomes a lifestyle after awhile, I'm really glad I got into because I know if I continue it for the rest of my life, I will probably look younger and be healthier than most people my age.

I am a little luckier than you are, I guess. People always think that I'm a teenager when I'm not a teen anymore. and I don't even hit a gym that often.

oh NO !! I'm not saying you look old or anything, you don't I'm just trying to say some people can look young even though they don't work out regularly like you do, that's all. I think I'm an average size to Asian standard, I'm 5'4". but yeah ... could be petite for American's.

Yay! I'm really happy that you tried them and are seeing improvement. Maybe this will be the start of you working out your whole body and getting into that who gym/healthy lifestyle. And if you do, it was all me. hahaha
