Like I said, what good would your "truth" be if you're posting it here? I'm not upset at all, I just dislike people who are not honest with their intentions.

If you truly want to enlighten our population of 1.3 billion people, go to China. Stop posting here already. Go to China to help our poor poor souls and make China a "better" place, okay? icon_wink.gif

So you either put up or STFU.

See? Was it that hard to just state your true intention rather than to carry this tiring facade?

Look at all posts in this Chinese Chat....Where do I said is untruth? Unless you think the truth is not helpful then the case is closed.

I did told you my intention. I am an Asian man and of course I want to see prospering and civilized Asia, which is not the case now.

Ah, but did you read my bolded part? This all came back to the South China Sea dispute. You are angry at China's claims and actions. Now you're posting in Chinese chat to "put down" the Chinese. You don't give two $hits about China or its people once again.

You don't care about Asia, the interest of your home country (Vietnam) will always come first.

There is your own assumption...not mine. Why can an Asian man want to see a civilized and peaceful Asia? Read my post in China investment in Science and see if that I care about Asia

Okay, lets pretend you do care about Asia. Have you done anything for Asia?

Posting articles about China (like "wealth drain") and telling us "problems" in our country where you have never lived or probably been to (since you lived in the US most of your life), will only result in blind eyes.

Also I'm not blind to the fact that China has problems, numerous ones in fact. However, what I and many Chinese dislike most are foreigners criticizing China as though they understand what is going on in our country.

They have to invest at least 1 million USD in property in order to migrate to America. That's mean whatever surplus China made, is flowing into US for nothing. Why would they come back if they left China due to insecurity (food safety, freedom of speech, widen gap poor and rich)?

iono why would you drive in a airbag equipped car when you can sit in a giant airbag

I don't understand this conversation.

Assuming that most people here are diasporic...(Why else would anyone go on an English forum?)...It should be a good thing that more kids are joining our communities.

I prefer them to stay and take root in our communities when they come, though, rather than just buy a big house and leave.

the solution is very simple: impose strict control on the movements of the rich. encourage the very poor to immigrate to western countries to suceed or claim benefits.

unless you wanna jump the queue by trying to be a refugee, but then that's a huge gamble that only the really desperate would try.

Trying to preserve wealth by buying real estate abroad is pretty stupid. Productive farmland on the other hand is very smart. American real estate on average is still overpriced according to historic norms, take a look at the case-schiller chart.

I think the mentality is, "it's rock bottom now, so it can't possibly be worse".

im probably biased, but buying a luxury home or condo as an investment seems retarded to me. but if you dont know how to run a rental property or do the work to get a property rezoned then i suppose time is the only other way to gain value.

well even then. if you have a million+ you can throw into a luxury mansion that you wont even be in for most of the year, you are better off getting a commercial property and hiring a property manager.

This isn't stopping the Mexican takeover of America or the Islamic takeover of Western Europe and Australia.

Those rich Chinese should start buying farmland in the Pacific Northwest.

Greedy people want them for cheap labor, invite them in with open arms, then wonder wonder "what happened to the America I knew as a kid".

true
Though the two groups are different. The white nationalists from Stormfront are the ones who say "what happened to the America I knew as a kid." Big business and those Jews that white nationalists hate are the ones who exploit non-white immigrants for cheap labor.

It's true. "Diversity" is more about greed than anything else. Us "evil" racialists are not the ones that make the world worse.

Good point, while the politicians cater to both parties. "Claim" they will limit immigration during campaign time, when really cheap labor benefits the ones they truly answer to which for sure isn't the people.

When I say racialists many times I'll quote unqoute it because many old fashioned bigots call themselves race realists without knowing much else besides what propaganda or rhetoric they are fed.

I consider myself a race realist or racialist as well. In the true sense of the word, not what many have misinterpreted the existence of race to be. beerchug.gif
