So I'm FB friends with Gran Torino's actor Bee Vang. Currently he's in China and visiting many different groups of Miao/Hmong there. He's got LOTS of great pics. Surprised he can get onto FB sometimes...thought I would share some of his pics cuz we love our Miao brothers and sisters so much in here, lol. Would love to experience something like this one day...looks like he's having load of fun and such an awesome experience!

This is so cool...after reading lots of qaib's posts about the Miao in China...kinda get to see them through pictures...Bee is so lucky, lol.

Yeah, me too I'm serious too!...never been back to Asia (I born in Thailand but came here when I was a toddler so don't remember anything)...but I need to convince my parents first...it'll be a lot easier if I knew another girl was going...
Cool...yeah, I know you have lots of connections...being friends with so many int'l students and having so many online friends from other countries...sounds friggin' sweet...gets me so happy just think about it! LOL. Sure if you're going...I wanna go too...but like I said I just have to convince my overprotective parents, lol. |
