Considering how well whites are treated in Asia, I honestly don't see what I have to apologize for if I have prejudices, especially when they are based on reality.

Well said,
Only the people who turn a blind eye would disagree.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agreed_Framework

NK basically implemented the framework to the letter. The US had no intention of implementing the part I bolded.

While I actually agree that the US should have helped NK obtain light water reactor power plants for as in the Agreed Framework please note that North Korea originally broke the Nuclear-Non Proliferation Treaty that it signed back in 1985. Hence they near outbreak of war in 1994.

Anyways this was not an agreement between the South and the North that was "sabotaged" by the US. This was an agreement between the US and the North.
No right wing backed politicians in the South were involved either.

QUOTE
On October 9, 2006, following the nuclear and missile tests, South Korea suspended aid shipments to the North and put their military on high alert status. There was much concern regarding how South Korea can maintain a cooperative policy towards the North when such provocative acts occurred.[24]
...
In November 2010, the South Korean Unification Ministry officially declared the Sunshine Policy a failure, thus bringing the policy to an end.[28][29]

Yes. The democratically elected government ended the policy declaring it a failure. Which it was.

You deny sanctions starve and kill people.

It depends what kind of sanctions are being applied.

For example, how many people died in South Africa from sanctions?

As has been shown ad nauseum there is no blockade against North Korea. The continues to trade. Its economic system and authoritarian regime is why so many of its people of died of starvation over the past two decades.

It's every country's right to withdraw from NPT. It's the US threat of war which was illegal. But I have a feeling, some people care about legality only when it's convenient for them.

That doesn't mean the US had no role in its failure. Can you see that possibility?

The North is acknowledging them right now by offering a Peace treaty. Your logic fails.

This issue is as old as the Korean War. The North refuses to treat with the South directly and insists on a treaty with the U.S. alone because it refuses to recognize the legitimacy of South Korea, regarding it as a puppet state. D'uh!

Do you refuse to recognize the legitimacy of South Korea, devils666?

If SK decided to go to war who would start it, SK or US?
Doesn't US control the SK military?
