go to a buffet and lock urself down and swallow the key. that builds endurance. with that endurance, you can endure looking at food while u are hungry and feel the pain.

1- eat a balanced diet
2- eat less carbs
3- eat less sugar
4- eat more fiber

there. that's all you need.

and excercize. get a treadmill or something. now i need to fatten up.

Don't eat as much as you did when you were gaining weight. Force yourself to work out if you don't like to. For me, losing weight is staying my @$$ on the computer which keeps me from eating ALOT and then dancing.

im not shure if it helps but i lost sum weight doin this stuff

1.drink alot off water(tricks yur tummy into being full)
2.dont starve yourself(eat just enough so yur tummy doest rumble)
3.switch to non fat diary products instead of regular
4.exercise fer 15-25 min a day(fer me it was playin ddr wit the mat)

i lost 8-10 lbs over the course of 2 months not much but its a start

i hear that you should take it slow and easy and never starve yourself cuz they say yur stomach is eating muscle and draing water and other things you need
thas y wen ppl diet they gain the weight baq hella fast.(i heard this from sumwhere not shure if its tru)o i think ther was a news report on sumthin like this saying that kids hu went on diets gained more weight than th kids who werent on diets

Lol, sex burns a lot of calories, that's it. And it's very enjoyable. haha.

I'd say put off eating anything wit saturated fat. Or the least amount possible. That's what makes all ur flab. Unsaturated fat's easier to burn, and you need it for energy anyway.
