Seriously, this is how I keep fit for bball since the beginning of my semester.
I eat like a gorrilla, no junk food, lotsa proteins!! plenty of water!
weight training 3 times a week
cardio training 2 times a week
bball scrimmage 2 times a week...
plenty of rest like 7-8 hours of sleep
lotsa laughter!!!


everyday i feel great! biggrin.gif

exersise! bet you that's the most effective way to lose weight. me i jog out.
plus did you know that LAUHGing is great exercising? when you laugh for 15 secs(not certain how long embarassedlaugh.gif ), it's just like when you exercise for 9 minutes!
though you'd better go outside and jog

How do I keep fit....

I love dancing... so that usually keeps me
up to date with my cardio.
But I also like to go jogging really early
in the morning....
I think the big key thing is having the
motivation, or if you have a friend that
can go with you, and you guys can support
each other...
watching what you eat is always a plus too....

u could try to change ur diet...you can eat fatty foods but you would have to burn them off by exercising...you can cut down on ur sugary food...b/c when you exercise...it burns the sweets and not the fat thats in your body...so think about it..

i go to the gym 5-6 times a week:

daily -
cardio
abs

day 1 -
lower body

day 2 -
upper body

flipflop between the two every day


eat right -
no meat
low on carbs, dairy, sugars
