I think Korean animation is technically not that bad, but there are many cases that its scenario is bad.
But the thing that i most dislike is using movie actor not professional voice actor! Duh~.. that awfully debase the quality of the animation! But i heard that most big and fundamental problem of Korean Ani is production environment. Korean animation production skill is pretty high level, but production conditions or institutional infra is really bad because of some main reasons such as people's deficient awareness of the importance of animation industy or very poor investment environment.
