I walk/run/jog in the park for 1-5 miles every night. That's about it. A six-pack is fairly easy to achieve providing you are willing add it to your regimen. If the problem areas lie in your lower abs, I would suggest leg lifts. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3gI2SuaSYDk If you abdomen is flat in which, you would like overall definition, I would suggest a combination of leg lifts in addition to crunches. Try to accomplish three sets of ten with a one-minute rest between sets. You’re your routine becomes easier shorten your rest time to thirty seconds. Keep shortening the rest period when it becomes easier. Try to shorten the rest period as follows: 30 seconds the first week 15 seconds the second week 7.5 seconds the third week When you find taking a 7.5 second break becomes easy, increase your repetitions to three sets of twenty and, start over using the thirty-second rest period method. I would strongly suggest executing this after you run. If you do it previous to your nightly run, it will hamper your stamina. Cheers! This post has been edited by QSC: Nov 6 2011, 08:10 AM |

everyday i burn 500 calories on my treadmill. Although, I do not use the treadmill, I walk a lot. This enables me to lose calories, which can be bad in the summer due to losing a large portion of my appetite. If anyone is unfamiliar with his or her body type, here are two hyperlinks that should give you an idea where you stand. I went from 66 kgs to 76 kgs in about a year. I go to the gym about 3 times a week, depending on work. I take protein supplements and vitamins. I play basketball twice a week. So yeah, I guess I work out lol

But Im still beast with it COMBAT PT BABBBBYYYY I would imagine your 3-day workout is like the average gym member working out 5 days! For you to mention how many days you used to workout and, your current workout regimen shows that your sub-conscious is reminding you everyday. Eventually, you will return to your 6-day routine once you have things sorted out. |

I just do a $hit ton of body weight exercises, skip rope, and do lots of runs and wind sprints. Bear crawls for 200 meters/30 burpees x 3 with a 15x3 dips was today's workout. |

The average gym member that falls into your category will perform 20 minutes on the treadmill and go home. The ones that lift weights are looking to gain muscle mass. Both methods are strenuous to the body. Cheers! |

Yup, 4 days a week. Gained 18 pounds of muscle in 2 months after plateauing for many months since I started taking a preworkout. At 154 pounds I can bench 225 pounds 3-4 times and rep 205.

Thats great! Give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done. I stick with dumb bells for it is safer since I don't have a workout partner. I also use these at home for a pre-workout in the mornings.

Yes, twice a day, every day. But since I am fighting a frozen shoulder, its variable how long or hard ..... the only consistency is the aggravation and physical pain endured. Before this, it was only the treadmill and lots of dancing.

Before this, it was only the treadmill and lots of dancing. I’ve encountered a few pulled muscles lifting heavy making an asymmetrical movement throughout the years. When that occurs, I usually skip the routine that offends the muscle the most for a month. Sometimes we need to let the body heal on it’s own and put our personal ego aside. Cheers! Not scrawny but I'm not much of a "lifter" or muscle builder either, but I like yoga and basketball, but I've really been getting more into yoga and spending less time in basketball lately as I try to get yoga certifications.

Good luck on your acquiring your certification! I’m a rolling stone that gathers no moss so, I commend you for going from one extreme to another. |
