Some of my friends are planning to go to america after graduated to find a job, but I hear the job market is bad over there can anyone give some perspective about the job market in USA

Unlike European companies, US companies aren’t liable for any redundancy payment and can lay off workers quickly when business is bad. This ‘hire and fire’ policy is part of the American way of life, so if you are looking for a cozy work environment, the USA might not be the right place.

America's poulation is aging. With all those geriatrics trying to cheat death, there'll be a massive demand for health care workers.

It is overall quite poor, and unless you're much better than your American counterparts, I don't see why an American company would prefer to hire a foreign worker (with all the paper work) over an American.

A lot of the Africans that come to Texas are all becoming nurses or nurse's aides. You can become educated to be a nurse in a trade/vocational school, community college, or university. I'm a nurse myself that works with the geriatric populaton. My job has always been secured....lol Any place I've applied, I always got hired on the spot.
