There are quites some Eastern Asian albinos. Think light blonde/white hair, and dracula skin, but the eyes remain typical.

I've seen an albino Chinese girl in Hong Kong. I thought she was a white blonde girl at first until she turned around.

to be considered albino i thought you have to have light (white) hair and skin and have blue eyes or something.

those asians with light hair and brown eyes are not albino. their parents have a recessive gene that when combined makes that light hair (and skin) sometimes.

i should know because i was born with blond hair which is now naturally brown. i have brown eyes. my eyebrows and eyelashes are naturally black (for some reason). people say i have very light skin except i'm not albino. sorry i'm just not. oops forgot to say that both my parents are full blooded asians.

i look like any light skinned asian except i have brown hair.

Albinos lack pigmentation therefore causing the dicolouration and resulting in poor vision and loss of natural sun protection mechanisms such as melanin which is what causes darker skin in order to make the skin more resistant to UV rays.

The condition is inheretant.

Interesting, I also was born with blonde hair but it is naturally brown. I have green/brown eyes. people say I have very light skin. Both my parents are asian. Oddly I am albino. Lol. Both me and my sister. Though we are only half albino. x]
( For me I think i am half albino because when my father was little he needed a blood transfusion and I guess the blood he got contained traits of albinoism? I dunno. Too young to understand that. xD )

The OP is not talking about half Asian/half white hapas who look more "white."

But yes, I was reading some kind of magazine, I guess it was the National Geographic, where they showed a picture of an albino Japanese boy. At first, I thought he was a white child. But the caption said that he's an albino Japanese boy, and when i closely looked at his facial features, he had more of an Asian look to his face.

I also had this English teacher back in high school who is a Chinese female, but had pure light blonde hair. She also wore sunglasses whenever she left the building to protect her eyes from teh sun glare and UV rays. Everybody in the school gossiped that she is an albino Chinese female. From far away, she looks like an old white women. But when you walk up to her and see her face, she definitely has an Asian face with all the Asian phenotypes. Oh and yes, she's definitely Chinese. Her name is Mrs. Fang.

It doesn't mostly occur in black people. It occurs across all races. It's just a

Only a fraction of albinos actually have pinkish or red eyes. Most often, their eyes are blue, violet, or green.

You can not catch albinism. It isn't a disease. It's a genetic abnormality that you have to be born with. You also cannot be 'half' albino; either you are albino or you are not. There are different types. Some involve having no pigment at all, in hair, skin, or eyes. Some, like ocular albinism, only involve lack of pigment in the eyes. People who are albino also almost always have severe vision problems.

Their eyes and skin are extremely sensitive to sunlight. If you look up photos of people with albinism in Third World countries, most of the pictures of people over, say, probably 25 or 30 years old have deformities anywhere from mild to extremely severe from burn scars and skin cancer caused by the sun because they don't have the means to protect themselves from it.
