Yes, that's why he said you should read all pages of this thread! so love how do you agree with lees theory that there are tai speaking leaders of funan? where did they magically come from? and how are they significant to siams history if you say siam is a aa speaking people? the certainess is amazing that you guys can predict how the tai languages sounded 1800 going off of a chinese transliteration. thats quite a jump. did you ever stop and think that chinese was probably very different back then as well? mandarin is not the same as it was 1800 years ago either. im suprised how you guys deduct all this information by just changing a letter from H to K that shows how tai kadai speakers were somehow that deep in se asia when they hadnt even cracked the border of present day china vietnam yet. am i the only one that sees this as comical and outrageous? |

Funan king names are more likely to be Tai name than Khmer name. Or maybe Malay name? but Khmer have least possibility. yes its amazing how the tai started off in southeast asia then magically decided to reassemble back in southern china then run backwards to southeast asia why didnt they just stay there in southeast asia if they are near water and more land to avoid being pushed around by han chinese? talk about a dumb group of people hey guys we have open land here near the sea with (mon khmer servants) but lets just abandon all that and head north and see what happens. oh yea and lets leave no records we were here either in southeast asia but our transliterated names by ancient mandarin standards should be enough. thats enough for us to be found in future! |

Yes, they expanded their kingdom/empire up north. Yes, some of them stay and that was Funan/chenla! Those who expanded upnorth and made a clash with China and retreated back in 11st-12nd century. You agree right? that there was no reason for them to keep themselves in the desert without trying to reach the sea in the south while Khmer Ler just jumped over their head to today CAmbodia. Wasn't your theory of Tai kept themselve in the desert and let the Khmer jumped over their head and then they followed sound strange? |

Havent I showed You that Khmer cultrue and language always went from South to North, dindt I show you that Khmer cultrue and language only arrived in Isan after Isanavarman expanded territory of his father in Mon territory? Thats why Khmer artifacts are built in center of Mon artifacts after 550AD. Now, pls go back to Chi Tu kingdom. Who were Kit Mow and whom were the original inhabitants? |
