How many times do you wash your hair? Options

Hello, everybody, I was wondering how many times you wash your hair? In a week. I wash it like 2 times a day.

I been doing some research on this actually.

Because my hair is thin and oily, I wash it twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night followed by conditioner.
I always thought I had dry hair, but that was because of product(I used alot of hairspray.) So, I didn't wash my hair as much thinking that my natural oils would take over. I was terrible wrong! My hair was oily at the root and dry on the ends. This made my hair look sooo limp! I thought I was going bald or somthing becuase of how lifeless my hair was.
Now, my hair is actually doing ok, and im happy with a twice-a-day wash. I guess I figure that it's different for all types of hairs. So, if you have oily/thin hair then try to wash more often like once or twice a day, especially if you use alot of product. If you have dry hair then think of washing less, like once every other day or even lesser depending on your dryness. If you use product with dry hair you should try to wash it after you style only. Also, don't use so much product on dry hair. Dry hair Usually already gives off more volume. Try to substitute hairspray with other products out there, maybe weightless pomade or gel sprays.
I guess I'm actually trying to help people more then just say how many times I wash my hair, lol. But thats what I like to do, Help :]
