Anyway, I have insomia and usually awake from sleep at either 2 or 4 A.M. So, last night, after I had lost my sleep, I read the Wikipedia entry on the List of war apology statements issued by Japan. On Sunday, because I am such an analytical difficult @$$hole, I spent the dawn and entire morning reading and re-reading that particular entry, going through the apologies over and over again, and dissecting and taking apart each statement in the list. I made an important discover regarding the list, and I noted an important point by making the following addition at the the beginning of the Wikipedia entry:

QUOTE (My Addition for List of war apology statements issued by Japan @ Wikepedia Entry)
The following is an exhaustive list of apologies delivered to China and Korea by individual Japanese officials since 1972, which diplomatically stated that Japan was either keenly or deeply aware, conscious, remorseful or regretful of the unfortunate acts, tragedy or suffering during a certain period or in the past. However, due to the sensitive nature of the apologies in Japan, the officials avoided connecting their apologies directly to Japan's World War II actions. Japan has yet to issue an official apology that, unequivocally and specifically, directs at World War II and its WWII atrocities.

Well, when I had gotten back from lunch later, I found out that someone (must be some Japanese ) had deleted my comment. So I had to repost the addition again. That is why I am letting you guys know what the addition was. In case someone removes my addition from the entry again, you have my permission to cut from the quote above and paste it back into the beginning of the Wikipedia entry.

Thanks.

Seems like someone (perhaps the author) is trying to tell you something.

you are adding is factually incorrect.

Anyway, I copied and pasted your addition back into the article. Just for the fun of it. (IMG:http://www.asiafinest.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/embarassedlaugh.gif)

Give your sources when you edit in the Edit Summary. That way, no one would be likely to delete your entry. I think Wikipedians are arseholes. A lot of them will revert your edit because those certain members do not like their contributions edited. And they'd still do this even if what you contributed to an edit was right and taken from reliable sources. Try leaving a message on the editor's talk page.

Well, the "discussion" at Wikipedia turned into a long rhetorics and evasiveness. I concluded the discussion by adding a "neutrality in dispute" in front of the entry, which is a standard policy of Wikipedia:

QUOTE
This article may require editing to conform to the neutral point of view policy.
A Wikipedian has nominated this article to be checked for its neutrality.

Currently there may not be a specific dispute, but the content may need discussion on the talk page.

And these are my last words in the related discussion section:

As I have said, I strongly feel that the responses I have been receiving is becoming increasing evasive and rhetorical. Unfortunately, I have to attend to other businesses, so I will not be able to commit to this circuitous rhetorics on a full-time (or even part-time) basis. However, there is no doubt that the neutrality of the article is in dispute. (Well, I certainly dispute it.) So I think it is fair for me to insert a "Point-of-View Check" note in the main article, which is a standard policy for a Wikipedian to mark an article in dispute for neutrality. This has been my purpose from the beginning, to inform other readers that the article is possibly biased. I have accomplished my purpose, so I move on.

I know. I can be such as @$$hole. (IMG:http://www.asiafinest.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/embarassedlaugh.gif) 2
