Aside from the English Language, what are the most common languages that Japanese are interested in learning?

It's good to learn chinese because speaking English/Japanese/Chinese attracts more job opportunities. The trading between China and Japan is tight despite political unrests among the counties. Also, the number of chinese-speaking population is high around the world.

I've recently been meeting Japanese penpals on the internet. At least a few of them are interested in learning Spanish aside from English.

Because US has a big population of Latinos and Spanish speakers which is bigger than asian's population....i went to school here and alot of latino asked me to learn this language.

Chinese of course but that's not just japan but many countries are having many citizens interested in learning chinese

Spanish and French seem to be up there
