I don't think it has to do with them being sexually repressed. I think it's the opposite. Since there was never really any significant christian population (in terms of religion and the mores and standards it brings).. it has allowed them to be a little bit more free i guess? Or at least different in terms of what they find socially acceptable regarding sexuality. (those old dudes would get arrested lol.. well not really, but it would be looked down upon here in the States). Battle raper? wth is that? explain the gameplay

but i saw a victorious concert and all I saw there were preteen girls and toddlers

How likely is a lone woman walking down a typical Japanese street at night to be raped? I'd say it's pretty unlikely. All the perverted psychos are occupied jerking it to their simulated rape computer games.

I just think maybe the reason they have things like u-15,older men fawning over teenagers and rape games
is because of sexual oppression

The more repressed or conservative a society is on the surface, the more deviant they'll be underneath. I mean you see this all the time with people that grow up in sheltered households with parents that never let them do anything or are afraid to talk about subjects like sex and masturbation.
