Whats the name of the dish where you put a lot of shrimp in a pot,and the soup is red-ish,but its not tomato,its sour and sweet and spicy?

There must hundreds of dish that fit that description. To be honest, I'm not that knowledgeable about names but if you show me a picture I'll know what you're talking about.

I think it's been altered for Chinese customers. |
