GRABE! (Origin of the word?) Options

I was thinking that this word is very strange for a Filipino word. Filipino words, or Tagalog don't have consonant clusters like the word GRABE has - G+R. Aside from this word, can you think f any other Tagalog or Filipino word with consonant clusters?

I was checking & I read a post from someone saying that GRABE is actually Spanish 'Grave,' meaning english 'grave'? It's weird I had always thought this was a native Tagalog/Filipino word.

Is the word really a Philipinization of Grave?
