bollywood films are great.

my campus usually plays them on sundays with like 2$ admission. i've seen a couple and i enjoyed them immensly as for downloading, i have no clue how indians pirate their entertainment. kazaa? winmx?

I've only seen one. It was the main character of Asoka (something something Khan) in a movie about an Indian Radio Station worker falling in love with a (probably Pakistan or Kashmir) suicide bomber. It was really good except for the corny dance scenes in the desert.

yea ur rite... ..songs and dance really sux and they look so stupid!!!!!!!but the directors do it cuz they want movies to be hit and some movies wid bad story hits sometimes becuz of the song in it.BUt its really sux wid so much songs and dancing in it

I used to think the same way, but then I realized what I really was asking for was the Westernize Indian movies. Still don't like the song and dance routines, but still, I'd rather that this unique aspect of Indian films be preserved. And besides, the people that like Bollywood movies absolutely love that stuff. I hope that India doesn't start making movies to please Westerners. Seriously, I would be very disappointed.
