Acne, best pimple cream? Options

Wells, yah well i heard a lot of people write about acne and there own remedys but like heres my case, like ive been on the strongest medication for acne, like this 6 month pill treatment $hit, and like it worked really well, but now that im off it there seems to be some break outs here and there, ever so often, and its those ones that are kinda big and hurt, iunno what they are. But what i do so far is wash my face at least three times a day, and put clearasil cream on it. Doest anyone know which face wash and pimple cream works the best?

Right now im using Noxzema face wash. And Proactive didnt work for me, so any stuff that you could get from like a savons or rite aid, would be a better suggestions. thanks.

I just use a topical 10% benzoyl perioxide cream and have not had a zit in over a year since I started using it, but I never had very bad acne, or pimples, so it may not be strong enough if you have bad outbreaks. I use it morning and night. It's very drying, but that works for me because I have oily skin.

Dont wash ur face twice a day.
My tip:
morning wash with pH that isnt that strong. Then let it be for some hours, the skin gotta breath.
After some hours take tomato and wash ur face. Let it be in 10 min then wash it off. Then apply cucumber and let the pores open. After the pores open let it be for 3 hours. Drink at least now 3 cup of water and then apply benoxide.
After applying wait 6 hours and then drink water again. If its a really dirty face then use some garlic that kills bacteria and then drink 2 cups again. If u have a oily face then try to wash it off with a towel with water and at nite let ur face get some steam with green tea leaves (juz put them in a pot and cook them up and then let the water steam with the leaves go to ur face, the water carries oil from the leaves.) Then wash ur face again and apply some cream that works at nite. The skin does the most work when ur sleeping cause thats when the face fixes itself from the daily toil.

I dont know. But my pimples are pretty bad. not much like acne but they seem to spread around the forehead area, and it hurts!

I usually don't like the acne creams. I however use clearasil face wash everyday and it keeps my skin good, meaning not too dry and not too oily.

mebbe its not the acne creams or medicine. Mebbe its the food you eat.

I tried all sorts of products off the shelf including natural/organic stuff and none of it worked for me. Go see a doctor or dermatologist and they'll hook you up with the best stuff. They'll prescribe an antibiotic which works like a charm and maybe a topical cream if it's really needed.

Accutane is extreme. it works but it's crazy. People should do their research before they're put on the drug. May cause suicidal thoughts/tendencies etc.. My friend killed himself a year ago after he was put on that drug, it's f*cking crazy

thats weird. I was on it for 5 months. It costs like 10bux a pill and u take it twice a day for 5months. It makes your face very very dry. My hands were shedding. It works tho but $hit comes back...... fu-king gay

U know they have bi effects. The most strongest drugs can make u depressed, like YellowCommie said. My friend want to use it but i told her mother dont use it. its juz pimples, go get a surgery but ur brain is vital.

yah i was on accutane for 6 months and it really worked but yeah it was very stressful, and it was worst when i was on it and had finals, like a whole mess of hair was falling out and i was panicing, and i always got these red bubbly rashes... That stuff worked a lot... but now that im off it some stuff is coming back so i want to keep it at bay. Yah ive tried a lot of the dermatologist stuff already.. the topical stuff doesnt really work that well on me, so i just wanted to know about a good wash/ remedy ya know... Acne is really bad for me, i have scarring and like the new pimples/zits that are forming are ontop of the scars iunno what to do.. Ill just keep reading your suggestions. ill try whatever, but any name brand stuff you guys can suggest? cause dermatologist will just put me back on that pill and i cant really take that anymore... it was seriously like waring me down to a point....

nah, im very health orientated, i dont eat much junk food.. rarly any oily snacks/soda cause just dont have it in the house.. So really cant be that.

yeah the ones on your forehead do hurt, but the ones on the cheek hurt more... and they seem to have more puss ewww.. ugh.
