when u bench use a close grip itll help your triceps and your innerchest
a wide grip will help your triceps and outerchest more like pushups do so i guess try dimond pushups or something |

^^#1 is mainly to put emphasis on your triceps
I say you just sit at home eating 24/7. You'll have the biggest chest then Just bench and do flys, decline/reg/incline and cable |

I say bench press flat position bout 3-4 sets 6-8 reps wit heavy weights after that immediatly switch to dumbbell flyes and do a set then have bout 1min rest to start next set.

Narrow gripped bench press works well for that. Also, cable cross-over (make sure you don't round your shoulders forward), dumbbell flyes (all angles), and dips.

Supplements are a waste of money, as soon as u stop, all the benefit fades away.
Since you're only doing pushups, your muscle imbalance is probably a result of the pushup position you use. cable crossovers or dumbell flys would be the best way to work ur inner chest, but flys etc shouldnt become a MAJOR part of your chest workout. I personally find barbell presses most effective using varying bench angles (flat, incline and decline). try n do 3 sets at each angle, starting with wide grip, then normal and narrow grip for the final set. Flys and crossovers can be left as finishing exercise. Pushups are still good though, it really depends if u want bulk or wanna look ripped. Alternate between weights and pushup routines for a bit of a mix. |
