Hello!

You should contact the Japanese university sites with Department of Japanese or some kind similar program in japanese or east asia linguistics. Ask them about student or graduate recruiting. There are many there would be qualified in such a job.

What reputable teacher do you think would find a job through a discussion forum that is not work-related?
There are more than enough forums out there already for foreign language schools seeking teachers. And this is ignoring your horrendous English, which is a huge red flag in itself. 北京吗？ 我觉得你是一个骗子。 |

if you seriously want proper japanese teachers . why not try the japanese embassy in beijing? I'm sure they might be able to help you with any Sino-Japanese cultural exhange thing.
you shoudl seriously go to a proper website and not some dodgey forum like this one. surely you have enough sense to realise the pple here just bum around |
