My friend said she just open her comp and her taskbar was like that. I've never encounter anything like this before, any knowledge on fixing this? This post has been edited by NINDOX: Apr 14 2006, 05:56 PM |

Unlocking would be the best way, then you can move the quick links and anything want then lock it up again.

Yea this seems confusing, are you saying the windows when minimized to the taskbar, they are not showing up properly?
If so, try re-installing the video card drivers and get the latest ones. |

The problem is basically is the taskbar is unorganized, when arranging the taskbar, the portion that shows the apps that are running doesn't seem to appear. I haven't played around with the comp because I don't know where she lives, and she's a friend of a friend and all I could do is help her over the net. =/

I'm surprised this hasn't been resolved yet. Okie dokey.
Right click on taskbar and goto toolbars > Uncheck everything except Quick Launch Right click on taskbar and uncheck "Lock the Taskbar" You will now see the seperators Click on the seperator and drag it all the way to the left (or right) of the screen. Re-adjust to you liking Lock taskbar edit:basically you need to click on the seperators and drag them to extreme ends, you may need to play around with it.
