i wanna be a hair stylist so right now i wanna practice cutting my own hair but i want to know what i need be4 i start practicing on my hair. thanks :] (if you are a hairstylist please help me thanks)

Its best not to try cutting your own hair cause you cant really see what your doing.

You should see if anyone would let you cut there hair thats better, cause how are you gona cut the back of you hair properly.

Dont want uneven hair now do you??

i cut my own hair..i jusr need a two side mirror and i cut it the way i want and its almost perfect....lil uneven but still good.lol

i usually TRIM my hair..like cut bangs and stuff like that..but i never cut alot..if you plan on cutting your hair..maybe talk to someone who does cut your hair..im sure they can give you some tips

If it was easier to cut they should make it cheaper, they charged me $35 to get a trim straight across

I have a friend who is a hairdresser, she only cuts the front part of her hair by herself but if she wanted the back done she'd get a pro to do it.

The last time I cut my own hair was when I was 11 and it did not turn out well.

Trust me even proffessionals don't cut their own hair, why don't you practice it on a little brother or sister...or a little slave.

i dont recommend you to cut ur own hair at home.. i tried that and messed it up completely

if you want to be a hairstylist, you should go take lessons! they'll give you dummy heads to practice on. when you get better, you can try it on urself.

I cut, actually, shave my head every other day.

I don't see anything difficulties with cutting your own hair. But practicing styles/cuts on yourself is more difficult. Unless your hair grows fast, I predict a trend to crew/military cut after a dozen or so style in a short period of time.

i never tried cutting my hair, i was never good with han co-ordination, that's why i'm a footballer

but one time i got my gf to cut my hair and in 5-10 minutes, she only trimmed my sideburns and the back end of my hair.. and she didn't do a very good job of it. the girl just keeps jabbering on... oh yeah she almost snipped a piece of my ear off and i had to scream for her to realize she was taking a piece of my ear off.
