X-Japan's music is wonderful

don't always like the vocalist's voice, but the compositions, arrangements are superb.

Ah fu-k, I deleted most songs of Yoshiki, except their albums and Violet UK's album.

Gackt stayed over at Yoshiki's place a few days ago in L.A. to do the preparations for his annual fanclub-event, which takes place in Vancouver.
So yeah, Yoshiki lives in LA, and Tokyo.

Hard to believe that this album is nearly twenty years old already. Man, this stuff is timeless. Wonder if they ever could've imagined back then how big they were gonna be.

But in all seriousness, I never get sick of this album. Blue Blood is just plain old amazing. I don't care what sort of rock music you're into, it's hard to not like this stuff. Like... you have to actively try to not like it in order to not like it.

Oh, and ORUGASUMU (Orgasm)? I bet that Yoshiki was having sex one day (with whom... or what... I dont know) and mentally memorized the timing of the thrusts (that he received, perhaps? He's rather uke, no?) so that he could write a song to it later. Because his brain is like a metronome. He's the Mary Magdalene of music. His brain is probably shaped like a metronome.

Yoshiki: *thinking as he's gettin it* 1...2...3...4... holy harmonics! This is happening at exactly 96 beats! I can feel the notch on my mental metronome! Must write song! Must- eww... stain... okay, must write song AFTER washing sparkly purple coat.

Whereupon he straightened his tiara and went home to wash his sparkly purple friend and write a song about sex.

Yoshiki: Ho $hit! And I'll end the song abruptly with a big "BOOM" for added emphasis on what is supposed to be happening! Just incase the listeners haven't made the connection, they'll hear the boom and think "YESSSSSS!"
