Bellevue is a nice place to live but you need the $$ to live there. I think it's the nicest place in WA overall. Vancouver BC isn't bad but it's in Canada.

We had power out for like 12 hours. My friend had it for almost a day and a half. Sucks.

my parent's house lost power for a couple hours and the place i was interviewing at lost power too, and i live down in Vancouver.
