Hopefully a few decades from now, Vietnam Stock Market is big enough to invest. I invest in good companies at bargain prices.

I think the only way you can get your own land is if you were already there (ancestor) or you do something great for the government. |

Nha Le, have you looked at this website? It is pretty good. Expect to have a big pay cut, if you want to work there, at least for the time being http://www.vietnamworks.com/ You can actually select to have emails automatically sent to you whenever there is a match to your job interest. I've been receiving emails from them for more than a year, but never actually bother to check out any job. This post has been edited by etalkishere: Aug 17 2006, 06:00 PM |

Yup same feeling here, it's to late now. And I doubt that spending my hard earn money on real-estate speculation would somehow help Vietnam, it just make it worse.

I am an IT security specialist, so I'll have to keep the ethical implications of my job constantly in mind: my maternal grandpa would puke in his grave, if people whom I trained were using their skills to track down pro-democracy dissidents or blocking honest-to-goodness democracy sites.

It would be nice to manage a hospital in Vietnam and be Chief of Staff. If I have more time, I would like to set up medical clinics to serve the poor. Throw in a few surgeries a week and I'll be more than content.
