Beauty is too subjective. Rate your physical fitness. Scale 1 - 10. myself 3. This post has been edited by cloudyski: Sep 15 2006, 05:18 PM |

5. Totally average, don't do much besides play a little tennis in the summer and a hike once in awhile. Oh and I walk to the bank twice a week to make a deposit but it's only two blocks away.

QUOTE(cloudyski @ Sep 16 2006, 08:20 AM) do you run? how do you stay in shape? I play basketball and soccer everyday. Basically that's it. But it keeps me in shape and I feel healthy. |

Alrighty For those who need a scale
1. Lazy couch potato bum who sits in front of computer/tv 24/7 2. 3. Walks & uses stairs when possible - otherwise no exercise - lol 4. Meager attempts to exercise are futile. Ends up dieting to lose weight and stay in shape/ or tries other ineffective means 5 6 7. Goes outside. Power walks. Drinks water. 20 minutes of cardio a day. 8 - Exercise regularly every other day/ plays recreational sports 9 - Exercise & diet regularly - 2 hours a day. Rock hard abs 10 - IRON MAN TRIATHOLON WINNER or professional gymnast This post has been edited by cloudyski: Sep 15 2006, 07:30 PM |
