pasensiya na bay, teh only words i know in visayan is waray and bay. sorry. even though i've always heard waray i have never understood anything but tagalog.

is it possible your dad has some negrito heritage in him? the spaniards did name Buglas islands Negros because of the prevalaence of negritos didnt they? i wonder what happen to them...

No, but he has some chinese in him though, he is light skinned. And I don't think the island was named the negroes because of that. Plus I said I think he came from the negroes. I get mistaken for Thai, malaysian, lao, khmer, Chinese and sometimes Vietnamese...Don't know why Filipinos in here get offended when they are mistaken for the same thing. We're all Asians anyway, so also be proud of that. |
