it's been 10 years since i left philippines so i plan on going back when im done school... i wanna stay for a whole month but i dont want it to be too hot or too much rain causing floods either...just a quick question though...when is the best time to travel there between May to Mid-August? thanks

I havent been to Philippines since 1998

Summer vacation there is from April to May when it's dry and July to October I think is raining season

I suggest you go here on december to february, the weather is becoming abnormal here from march to November.
