any tips on how to become an english teacher in korea. what steps you have to go throught, what kinda requirements are required? my wife would like to teach english in korea.

It depends on which passport you have and your education.

They only issue E2 visas to passport holders from "English Speaking" nations. Also, you must have a minimum of a 4 year Uni Degree.

There are not that many steps to go through (for good or ill...). Type up a resume and take a good, professional picture. Send it out to recruiters and individual schools, after getting an idea of what kind of students you want to teach, where you want to live, are you ready to go through culture shock.

Also please think about whether you are serious about teaching or just want a cool experience.
