icon_confused.gif it's been awhile since i've posted but i'm trying to get my plane ticket for my exchange in august and i have NO clue what the difference is between these 2 airports. my mom keeps saying gimpo but when i go to the korean air site it doesn't give you the option of flying into gimpo and it just has incheon... so, just curious if those who know could help me and let me know what the difference is and if it matters which airport i fly into icon_rolleyes.gif thanks

Incheon is the main international airport visitors from other countries are bound to go thru there.

Gimpo is now a domestic airport with some exceptions of few flights to japan.
