that's "jihaku," and how many times did you know he had plastic surgery? he defenitely had a nose job, but then you can't tell how many times he's gone under the knife. he looks different in magazines and commercials than he does on TV, a lot of pancake-like make up goes on his face and he probably looks like a geisha when he does photoshoots.

he looks much more normal and not as good looking on TV, which means he probably didnt' go crazy with the surgery, at least i think so :P

btw, its strange that he claims he's sensitive to light and owns hundreds of pairs of sunglasses where during photoshoots, he has to be under intense light, and he dosen't seem that uncomfortable. I think the whole "im sensitive to light" thing is just a strange gimmick he has, much like his "i don't smile" gimmick.

and yes, we should all worship gackt, because he's had a pretty long career in the japanese music industry (rather rare) and has lots of issues which are probably all fake, but entertaininly none-the-less(i can see the future! i saw spirits when i was a kid! i didn't die from drowning in okinawa because i didnt have sex for three months and that motivated me to live!) , he also does have musical talent, unlike hamasaki ayumi, which is once again, difficult to find especially in the modern music industry.

it's not like their having sex in the commercial, although they are naked i doubt they private body parts are wide exposed. it not a big deal to hear gackt is in a naked commercial because gackt is open about sexual stuff.
